Bruno Cruz has worked in aviation since 1997, with professional experience spanning cabin operations, frontline leadership, line training, crew performance management and aviation training management.
His operational background includes experience as Cabin Manager, Cabin Crew Line Trainer and Crew Performance Manager within commercial airline operations, providing direct exposure to crew standards, line performance, operational leadership, coaching and the practical application of procedures in a high-frequency operating environment.
His subsequent work in aviation training management has included responsibility for training standards, syllabus development, instructor standardisation, assessment design, operational training content and regulatory readiness within an approved aviation training environment.
This combination of frontline operations, performance management and training governance provides the practical foundation for BCA Aviation Advisory.
